There is no single right number. How often you should wash depends mostly on the season, then on where the car is parked and how much of your driving is on the highway.
While the roads are salted, wash every seven to fourteen days and include the underside. Add an extra wash a few days after any major storm, once the roads have been cleared.
Give the car one thorough wash when the salt trucks stop for the season, then every two weeks or so. During the heaviest pollen weeks, once a week keeps the film from building up.
Normal summer dust does not need much. Wash sooner after highway trips with lots of bugs, after bird droppings, or after parking under a tree that drips sap.
Every two weeks or so, and always once in late fall with the underside included before the first snow.
A car that lives outside under trees, or that does daily highway commuting, needs washing more often than one kept in a garage and driven around town. Gravel roads and construction zones also add a lot of grime underneath.
For a regular wash schedule across the year, Full Wash is a sensible default because it cleans the underside as well as the body. In summer, when there is no salt and the dirt is mostly on top, Quick Wash is usually all you need.

With a touchless wash, nothing rubs the paint, so frequent washing is fine for most cars.
Yes. Fast Lane is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
No. Rain moves dirt around and often leaves spots as it dries. It does nothing for salt on the underside.
